hi people

this is all abit new to me, im still learning how to switch my computer on, so if i make mistakes sorry.
anyway ive been reading bodybuilding net for a while now, and man theres some good info, although here in the uk we may be abit behind you guys, but work just as hard.
anyway i hope to learn much and will be asking loads of questions.
