So long as you're prepared to lift (you've already eaten adequately prior to a workout & you've been awake and moving around for a bit), then it makes no difference when you lift. Your T levels won't have that much of an effect on a workout or growth based on the time of day. Some people perform better in the afternoon/evenings...by "some", I mean most people.
