gotchya... however...
My schedule only allows 3 days a week in the gym... and I have to shoe-horn those days in as it is. That's the main reason I chose the 5x5... I feel that it's full body with the least amount of days in the gym, (not that I profess to know what I'm talking about... I'm a noobie).
Do you think there's a better routine for the cronologically challenged?
