I couldn't wait for a review so I bought some the other day. ultamate chocolate is what I got and it tastes good, nothing ground breaking just a good taste. I had 1.5 scoops for a meal and about 1/4th a cup of nuts and I can say is I do feel fuller after 2 hours than just drinking regular Whey and nuts.
