I'm required to do them, which is the only reason I do at all. Not a fan
I was doing the same with a 45lb plate pre-OCS, I'd like to get back to that. Now that I'm back to bulking I'll do some more weighted pullups, as opposed to the near-strict bodyweight stuff I was doing earlier.
Bulking with crazy cardio 6x/week is like having an eating contest with yourself every day
