Default Trying to figure a few things out

Where do i start...probably a bunch of noodish q's. but i am trying to find whats best for me and all the biased reviews out there dont help what so ever.

I played hockey for 9 years, and my "career" ended in 07 with the end of the season, and my high school graduation. I started working out about 4 months ago, and about a month ago i started taking supps again after seeing no gains.

now when i quit hockey i weighed 176 @6' 1", i lost 25-30 lbs in the span of a month immediatly after.

when i started lifting again i was 147, now im 156 @ 6' 1". most of my gains being after i started supps again.

right now i take NO explode 30-45 min before my workout, as the directions say. I start my workout at about 5-530 pm, after work, usually lasting untill about 630-7.

after my workout i take a dose of cellmass. and it states to take another dose 6-8 hours after the first.

WELL 6-8 hours after the first dose i am sleeping, so i have been taking the second right away in the morning at about 630am.

My first question being, is that ok? is it safe? Or would it be better to have one before bed anyways and skip it in the morning?

question # 2. i usually try to eat 4 meals a day. i have a fast metabolism and its hard for me to gain much weight otherwise.

I usually have a big breakfast, some eggs, toast...and an OJ or other juice. and i have a decent lunch, chicken sandwich with the fixins (lettuce, tomato, cheese). and for dinner is pasta, lasagna, spaghetti...etc. and a sandwich somewhere during the day between breakfast and lunch.

Is this a good diet to stick with? Or would a protien shake be better in place of one out of the 4?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I really hope this makes sence... :/
