Default 3rd week of new routine

so im in the 3rd week of my new routine
previously doing a routine that wasn't very well structured but i made all my gains doing it, changed routines due to bordem and not getting any many results anymore. My old routine i'd hit each muscle twice/three times a week so i decided to give a 5 day split a go where i hit everything only once. On the plus side i like being in the gym for just 40-50 minutes hittin it real hard n then leaving, although i still prefer doing each muscle twice a week i think. Im gunna give the new routine another 2 weeks n then find a 5 day where i hit everything twice
any ideas?
