Tonight Cardio will be done 1hr on the bike , sled drags , and a nice long walk around the feild. ( I really need to step this up , again )
This should have been done today , but it will be done tomorrow morning around 6:30 - 7:00.
I have a bad case of hay fever . I'm on nights again and had the worst sleep last night/today.
