Kickass day for hack squats. Couldn't hold the animal back for 2 weeks and absolutely dominated last weeks numbers (
http://www.bodybuilding.net/personal...html#post69780). I'm pretty sure its not just a fluke spike in strength since I felt like I could do around this weight last week. I used my straps for these since I was having alot of trouble holding onto last week's 2nd set of 340. The straps definitely played a part in this week's numbers.

Front Squats

Heavy enough to cause discomfort and get a good burn in the quads. I didn't want to make the jump up to 135 just yet, I'd rather get used to the movement before I get used to the pain and discomfort.
