Hello all

The name is Zac, im 19, ive been active since i could walk.

i played hockey for 9 years, if im not at work, im in the gym or working on my car.

I just got back in the gym after being out for a year...i couldnt stand it! but im not impressed with myself.

im 6"1' and 160 lbs as of today. i was 147 a month ago, but none of it shows.
