7 x 5-12 x 225-295 (can't remember exactly, I don't bring a log to the gym)

Incline Bench

Decline Hammer
4 x 6-9 x 270-340

4 x 6-8 x 165 (normally do more, but benching wasted me)

Rope pull down
4 x 14-15 x 180-200 (racked out)
