Default womans training routine?

Looking for a programme for my girlfriend, she wants to tone up and loose weight, she's not into body building, just looking for any routine that would help her reach her goal quickly and effectively?
she's around 5' 6" and weighs around 9 and a halfish stone.
most important parts to improve are stomache, thighs, tighter upper arms and she wants a toned bum but doesn't want it to go any smaller..if that's possible?! any help would be appreciated! thanks
