ME Squat Day

Well it appears that last Pusspad squat a couple weeks back I near missed got into my head a bit,So I was thinking I might do some doubles today instead of just maxing out.I worked up to 135kg on the bar but just didnt have the guts to try a double with it.I smoked two singles with it and threw on another 10lbs and hit a couple more singles,probs had a bit in the tank but with no cage yet I was a little weary.These were low box close stance squats.I think 140kg is a PR for that stance too, which is encouraging because last time I maxed with a wide stance I hit 145kg in my free squat.Moved to GMs off pins next,these were just not happening today,did a few sets of 4 or some shit and said screw it time for abs.I did 5 sets of bar rollouts,good news is I managed to get all the way down on my 1st set so that was cool.I was still a bit high on the last few sets but overall an improvement.Had to skip GHRs cos I was late for an appointment,I'll probs do some tonight with some mobility work.

CSL Box Squat 1x1 130kg 2x1 135kg 140kg (PR)
GMs Off Pins 2x4? 65kg
Ab Rollouts 5x5

On a funny note I noticed my bar has a nice curve in it now from constantly getting loaded with weight!! Its hilarious it looks more like a Buffalo Bar now!! haha
