Monsta, I just changed my hand placement again. Hands just outside of my shoulders...not crossed though. I've been having someone coach me through my warm up sets & weight acclimation sets. It makes a world of difference since I've only gone heavy a few times with these. I love front squats though...they're a nasty, painful, strict, beneficial lift. I have to get my head right before I think about stepping under the bar.
I don't want to go heavier than I am right now for a few weeks. I'm going to rotate away from these and do some more core work before I try to do the same weight or more. I didn't have any problems so far...it's just preventive/preparative.
