i have been eating once a day for the past 3 weeks, i havn't steped on the scail yet, i have been eating fruits and lots if veggies, mostly salads, if i eat meat usually steak, i eat it without sides and no breads, if i continue, is it unhealthy? and will i loose i big amount of weight by lets say... i dont know? september? last time i was 220lbs, i am 6'2'' 15 years old and lots of belly/chest fat, not arm fat or leg fat so i have weird figure, i work out every now and then
