front squats:

-155 x 1 x 2 (97%)
-150 x 1 x 3 (94%)
-100 x 10

rdl's - 110, 3 x 8

hip extensions - 15, 2 x 18....static y 's 2 x 50 sec.
db curls - 20, 2 x 10


sorta took wednesday off...pissed off my shoulders last friday doing some ext. rotations...pulling seems to be ok....pushing aggravates them...so...no pressing for awhile....might even take an an anuj break from benching...see how overhead pressing feels. or maybe i'll just do lower body for the rest of my life

today was good...felt real good.
