I don't have a specific "link". Take the 5x5 that you are doing and just go from one exercise to the other with very little rest, 15 seconds, and at the end of the circuit rest for about 2 minutes. If you go to 3x3 that will definitely shorten the amount of time in the gym for obvious reasons.
