Yeah, I just wanted to make sure you were looking for the right thing. I'm assuming it's not the knee but the hamstring as you said.

BTW, you mentioned a hamstring cramp last week at the end of front squats. You might assume that there is a disfunction related there. I know you'll say well, I wasn't lifting, etc, when it happend.

The only other thing I will, say, it once you get the hamstring back in order a bit don't assume that the underlying "problem" is in the hamstring. Consider that the hamstring may be, and probably is, a symptom of another underlying disfunction that may be centered in another muscle.
