BTW, you mentioned a hamstring cramp last week at the end of front squats. You might assume that there is a disfunction related there. I know you'll say well, I wasn't lifting, etc, when it happend.
The only other thing I will, say, it once you get the hamstring back in order a bit don't assume that the underlying "problem" is in the hamstring. Consider that the hamstring may be, and probably is, a symptom of another underlying disfunction that may be centered in another muscle.

That makes sense. I actually started supplementing with calcium, magnesium, & drinking gatorade for the past few days because of this cramping (it has happened a few times inside & outside of the gym over the past couple of weeks). And it's always been on my right side, which is my stronger side. I'll talk to my PT about this tomorrow.
