The knee injury was on the left side. I increased fluid intake & electrolytes just because it was an easy thing to do. I've been waking up most mornings feeling dehydrated. I've been foam rolling my hips, hams, glutes, and upper & lower back just about every day I've been to the gym. I guess I probably started foam rolling a lot because I've been more stiff & tight lately. I must be getting old. I'm not at the overreaching or overtraining stage either although I'm sure that working with the atlas stones Friday, doing a ME squat Saturday, and then trying to play some football on Sunday was overdoing it.

One thing is for sure; I am going to start using my crutches. My left hip is beginning to bother me from all of this limping around. I can barely walk, but I hate crunches. Walking aggravates my right leg just as much with or without the crutches, but I'm going to have to do it to save my hip. I'm going to go back to the doctor which is across the hall from my PT to ask for a handicap parking tag tomorrow morning. Otherwise I'll be walking about a mile & 1/2 tomorrow & Thursday. On crutches.
