Precor squats
180 x 10 x 2
240 x 8 x 2
260 x 8

Walking DB lunges
30's x 14 x 4

Lying leg curls
40 x 15
60 x 12
70 x 8 x 2

DB step ups
20's x 8 each leg x 2
