Flat bench press - 185X8, 195X5, 205X5
Hammer Strength Incline Press - 225X8, 275X5

I went to the PT this morning. Electric stim & ice for 20-25 minutes. I got the permit for a handicap parking tag. The DMV office was closed for Veteran's Day, so I'll go in the morning to get it. ROM is a little better today, which is my most immediate concern. Maybe it's not the end of the world after all.
