This is actually what I had planned LOL,I just was saying I am crazy weak at rowing,so I wanted to bring them up and give them a greater workload/attention.I havent chinned or done pullups for a while cos they stalled a bit and I tried some different grip pulldowns.I do actually rate chins (Closegrip) as probably the best size builder in the lats, I have developed a nice V taper from getting strong on them.
