Newbie!
Hi!
I just wanted to introduce myself. After about 20 years of being a slacker, I finally decided to get back in shape. I am 38 years old now. Will be 39 in January.
I started exercising again July 2008. Then I weighed 212 lbs and had a 38" waistline. I began my quest for health by just running and doing push-ups. About 2 months ago I put together an old weight bench I had and started lifting again. I have never felt better and stronger since I was 18.
Today I am 182 lbs and dropped six inches on the waist.
I joined this forum to learn what the next steps are to keep getting stronger and the build the body I always wanted.
