ME Squat Day

Strong Day today,felt pretty good.I went with lowbox squats with the pusspad.I doubled up the pad thickness to get the bar higher on my neck,with the other pad it tends to move around too much.These are so damn hard its not funny.I think these are a tremendous exercise for strength in the squat.I hit 130kg for a pretty grinding rep and called it quits.I need my rack badly,I simply cannot risk missing a rep.The only other solution is 2 of you guys move over here to spot me,any takers??!!!!!!! Moved to free squats next,just to test my form out,I really couldnt hit depth with my wide stance,i will bring it in a bit and get my depth.The good news is I felt real strong on them.Finished with Rollouts for 4 sets.

ME Squat day 17/11/08
Low Box Squat with Pusspad 1x1 120kg 130kg
Free Squat 1x1 120kg 130kg (easy but a bit high)
Abs Rollouts (WOD) 4x10,10,8,8
