Gym Day

Quads

Leg press
2 x 13-14 x 18 plates
3 x 13 x 20 plates

Hack squat
4 x 6-7 x 320 (L.P. wore me out)

Leg Extensions
5 x 12-15 x 2????

Calfs

Standing Calf Mach
6 x 16-17 x 495

Leg press wore me out, probably cause I start out with 6 plates and add 2 plates each warm up set till I get to my working set of 18 plates
