cool thanks I-dub
i messed up bigtime on my workout today. i will get to it in a few
work out
pull ups 3x3
squats
5x5@355
bench
5x5@355
pendaly row
5x5@265
so all i have in my mind is that i have to go up ten pounds from last week. but before i started my workout i was giving a alittle bit of traingin advice to this girl i know. helped her with some stuff etc. so i just have the number ten in my head.
i start my workout and i notice that this feels alot heavier than last week but im riding with it. by the time i get to like my third set on the bench i realized i had the number ten stuck in my head so i put on tens instead of goign up just ten pounds and i wound up goin up 20 pounds from last week. so i said the heck with it and just finsihed up the rest of the workout with the added 20. i just didnt do any accesories. and i left my workout sneaks home so i wasnt able to do cardio today.
my question is this. shoul di just leave the extra 20 on for the week and call it a rap for the routine? because i want to stay on this routine no longer than the end of next week.
or should i knock the weights back down to what i should do and try to go up next week. i really cant wait to get off this program because i put back on 2 pounds and im still eating clean. i see diffferences in the mirror but i cant afford to get any bigger. i will take heed to all advice
