So the work schedule changed yet again meaning I can stick to a normal schedule this week at least!!

Dragged sled in grass for 17mins,did 8 trips forward with 67.5kg and then 4 or 5 backwards with 40kg.Was gonna do some abs but I am doing them as part of my warmups on bench days so i thought it might be overdoing it!! Felt great after.
