some days im in the gym within a half hour of waking up. my schedule is tight as well. i make sure i stretch out and get enough (read: NOT A LOT) food in my stomach before lifting. i like a good pre-workout supp to wake up a bit too.

i lift early before class so i don't have to put up with the 30 morons that will be in the gym after class.
