inside out warmup/some other mobility
MP - 75, 2 x 5....1 x 10
incline neutral grip db press - 30's, 2 x 10
superset one:
A1: rows - 95, 3 x 8
A2: very close handed pushups - 2 x 20
superset two:
B1: ARB - 12.5 plus bar, 2 x 10
B2: Laterals - 5, 2 x 15 (super slow neg)
dead bug static - 1 x 60 sec.
took 35 minutes
in and out. loved it. fun workout.
