you hit it on the head.. it just depends on what you want to work/look like when the day is over. and of course there is always the comfort issue. I don't like using boards but I also use to do powerlifting. so it's more of a comfort thing and what I'm use to. I think I might give it a try soon to see if I still like it the regular way.
