SQUAT

Going lighter with these for a while, see if I've just been adding too much load on my knees too soon.. Will work on making sure I'm not going too far forward, and that I go low enough..

BENCH PRESS

Going lighter here, too.. Dunno why I can't hack it at 130 anymore.. That 2 weeks off (1 week no WO, 1 week push-ups) must have hurt me more than I realized..
