Having the rest of your workout may help as well, other days may impact your ability on this day.
The main problem I see is the 135x10 and 145x7. Those are fairly heavy if your 3 rep max is 150. Do a proper warmup (you can find one on this site) and cut out the 135x10 and 145x7, I bet you will be able to do 150 for 4 or 5 reps with alot less effort.
