Also when you bench, what is the pace (2 sec down and 2 sec up). I see my friend rest soo long when the bench is down to the chest (5-10 sec or more), like he's resting on the chest. His chest is growing and getting so much stronger then mine.

By cut out, I mean don't do it. You said the answer yourself, I bolded it anyway though
I think I was suggesting the opposite of going lighter and doing more reps, afterall I said you should be getting rid of the high rep low weight sets...
Pace is not important so long as your not bouncing the bar off your chest. Resting it for 5-10 seconds is not necessary for you imo.
