ME Squat Day (Deload)

Deloading this week,just hit some unilateral box squats up for the first time.Hmmm very humbling!! I got vids I am sure my form is awful!! LOL I did some RDLs next,I did them with my toes up on some plates,I really felt it heaps more in my hams this way.I saw a vid on youtube of someone doing it this way so i thought why not try it.Finished with abs pulldowns which bothered my lower back,so I did dragon flags instead.

Unilateral Box Squat 2x3 2x5 BW
RDLs Worked Up To 110kgx5
Abs 4 Sets
