The gym ended up being closed for 2 weeks instead of just 1 week. So I'm back at it now, hopefully the gym won't explode lol!
I also took this opportunity to change up a few things:

Went a bit heavy on the rack deads, especially since I had a 2 week hiadus from the gym and haven't deadlifted in months
I'm doing these in preparation for when deadlifts return for the ass kicking of a lifetime
I decided to make the progression to forward lunges. They feel like they should be a bit more beneficial to me than reverse lunges.
