problems bulking up
can anyone help ?
i am having trouble keeping my bulk on .
i work in a warehouse and there is no canteen so all food has to come from home ,
1st can you buy protien powder that i can make up before work that will last all day?
2nd how much water should i be drinking to keep hydrated?
3rd any ideas of what foods to take to work so i can snack as often as i should but giving me enough protien?
