Regular nonconcentrated fish oil is usually dosed in teaspoons. Nine teaspoons a day consistently is a lot. The idea that if you ate a lot of fish you'd be taking in that amount of fish oil is ridiculous unless you're talking about eating the liver...which is VERY high in saturated fat....
There are reasons I can see why extemely cold weather cultures would benefit from diets like this..
Ans some of the statements are just thrown in..like the comment about CLA being deficient in the general population.
I don't think everything he writes is bullshit but I do think a lot of his nutrition advice is bullshit. It's a good idea to get the opinions of a lot of other writers when you see such fantastical statements. And there are guys out there who have master's or PHD's in nutriton and live "in the trenches".
There's an article by Alan Aragon that I posted and I'll link it later.
Honestly, it's the constant Biotest pimping on T-Nation that gets on my nerves. A lot of the writers at T-Nation are good enough they don't have to get their stuff puplished by a site that is really nothing more than a huge supplement pimping mechanism in disguise.
And their forum sucks ass

..(i mean the layout).
Don't get me wrong I read a lot of the coaches at T-Nation.....
