I think it has to do with cardio and water. In the Marines, I didn't get sick in 4 years. Looking back I can see that the two constants were running and a half gallon of water a day. Matter of fact, none of my friends got sick either. -And no they didn't put nothing in our food, they couldn't afford it. ;)
