Laying off the deadlifts for a bit..
Playing it safe and doing different leg excersizes like split squats, Bulgarian, regular squats..
I definitely am feeling the burn more with the split and Bulgarian squats..
Diet is still a struggle, especially with all the Christmas stuff.. :(
Doing my best, but definitely looking at getting strict again with my 3 mile weekend runs (which is oddly preferable to passing on the gingerbread men)..
