Here's something interesting that's happened between the two scans (scan dates were Nov 18 and Dec 9):
Left arm dropped .3% BF
Right arm dropped 1.7% BF
Trunk gained .5% BF
Left leg dropped .7% BF
Right leg gained .9% BF
Head gained .1% BF (between the ears)
Total was 21.7% BF both times.
I gained 3 lbs (about 2.5lbs LBM)
My bone density increased also
