so far so good...the pads kinda hit my collar bone if they are in the right position...which is annoying...and the bar is still choking me
it's just the place where it chokes me is higher
the first couple times i used it...i had it farther out towards my upper arms than i should have had it....and it pulled me forward a bit...so i just remember to get that bar right on my neck.
