Flat Bench
135lb 2x8 (warm up)
240 lb 5x5

Squats
135 lb x5 (warm up)
210 lb 5x5

Rows (pendlay rows)
155 lb 5x5

No time for accessories today running late. As for the pork I just rob the fridge I havn't cooked anything in quite a while so if it's pork in there I eat pork if its chicken I eat chicken lol.
