Third set always sux? Why?
Whenever I workout, it seems what ever exercise I do, the third set out of four always sucks. Like today, doing DB bench. I did 12 warm up. Went up 10#. Did 10 no prob. Third set, up 5#. Only got three! It felt really bad. Fourth set up another 5#. Got 5.
Many of my sets are like that. The third set is just miserable. But the next set whether or not I add weight (which I usually do) I almost always better.
Any thoughts?
