See a lot of that stuff I already have programed into my weight training days, and thats why I have 3 meso cycles set up for rotating those types of movements in, and to get the best of all worlds.
I need to have some kind of cardio as well. I think I'm going to take Thursday and work on getting up to 10 5min "rounds", and use friday for more creative/weighted cardio, which will then lead into a similar workout for depletion on saturday morning.
