It's gotta be something in my head. There's a lot of times when I think I'm only gonna get 1 or 2 on the fourth set and hit 5 or 6 even after the disatrous 3rd set.
I thought about applying some of the max-ot by doing easy warm up sets than a couple acclimatization sets then the workout sets. Maybe the third set is really an acclimitization set, and the fourth I really ready for the weight.
