rdl's: 140 x 5, 150 x 5, 155 x 5
stepups: 40, 3 x 7 (very strict)
pullup/inverted rows: 3 x 8
wall slides w/ 5 second hold at bottom: 3 x 6
dip shrugs: 3 x 15
sluggish as hell today...woke up with some sinusy shit. rest periods were quite long

no leaning forward on stepups to get momentum...not going all the way down on my foot...staying on toes. also on the wall slides...i flattened my lower back against the wall as best i could. they were tough
