what does you diet look like and what does you workout look like... And don't just put for diet.. "Oh I eat losts of chicken and beef with vegs." or "I do legs on tuesday and back and chest on so and so."

Give us exactly what you do sets and reps and what you are eating, size and calories.

If you don't know than that is the first problem you have to address besides starting to cook for yourself.

There isnt a strict meal plan that i follow as my parents make whatever they want to, however most of my meals have either rice or bread with chicken or some other meat, sometimes fish, and plenty of vegetables. im not sure if i just answered the way you said not to :S

anwyay, my routine is the DFT 5x5

as for calories ive got no idea seeing as i eat something different all the time, and how am i meant to count the calories in a meal when its home made? sorry if im being frustrating but im new to this
