I rarely think "Shit, two more to go." If it was up to me, and if I could keep up the intensity, I'd be doing five six sets of five or six exercises per body part. I just like being in the gym and lifting.

Now that I think about it, I really do believe it's an acclimation thing, along with a bit of a mind fuck. Since my third sets have been shitty in the past, I think they're gonna be shitty all the time.

Today I really surprised myself by thowing those 80's up. It felt really good.

Well, tomorrow is back day. I'm gonna try to rip out some pullups. (I suck at them!) Well really chin-ups--I guess pull-ups are w/ palms facing you. I use the assisted machine. Each week I try to use less weight.
