Have you ever push pressed 195 before?
Give me more details of how you went about those singles? What kind of rest periods in general? What were your goals to begin with?
I looked back through the journal a bit and I didn't see anything that I would consider preperation for hitting 195 on the push press. I could be missing something but it seems like the lifts before were good. Likely you could have rested and maybe hit something in the 170 up range again but I'm not sure I get what your are sweating.
